CHEF-ATTENDED ACTION STATIONS
- Carving Stations - Beef Tenderloin, Prime Rib, NY Flap Steak, Steamship Roast, Roast Leg of Lamb, Boneless Loin of Pork, Pork Tenderloin, Roast Boneless Breast of Turkey, Honey Glazed Ham,
- Pecorino Romano Cheese Wheel Pasta Station - an unforgettable pasta experience for you and your guests as our chef prepares your pasta right before your eyes in a large wheel of Pecorino Romano cheese!
- Risotto Station - we have so many variations to this delectable, creamy Italian specialty rice dish...we'll work with you to find the one that's sure to be a crowd-pleaser at your event!
- Southern Shrimp and Grits - Creamy stone ground grits with Florida Gulf Pink Shrimp in our creamy low country gravy.
- Sauteed Shellfish Station - Choose from Florida Gulf Pink Shrimp, Day-Boat Scallops or Black Grouper (or any combination) sauteed with olive oil, white wine, garlic, spinach, tomatoes, capers and basil.
- A Taste of the Orient Stir Fry Station - Chicken, beef or shrimp stir-fried to order with assorted Chinese vegetables. Rice or noodles can be added.
- Slider Station -100% Angus Beef Burgers, Chicken, BBQ Pulled Pork and/or Veggie Burgers cooked to order and served on slider buns with assorted toppings for your guests to choose from.
- Gourmet Grilled Cheese Station - A variety of bread selections, cheese and accompaniments to create an outrageously good grilled cheese sandwich!
- Raw Bar/Shucking Station and Seafood Display - Jumbo Gulf Pink Shrimp, Stone Crab Claws (seasonal), Littleneck Clams and Oysters with traditional cocktail Sauce, Hot Sauce, Horseradish and Lemon
INTERACTIVE STATIONS
- Mashed Potato Martini Bar - Yukon Gold Whipped Potatoes and Whipped Sweet Potatoes served in a Martini Glass with an assortment of toppings for you and your guests to add.
- Asian Station - can be built to your specific needs and can include assored dim sum served in bamboo steamers over flaming woks, Asian Chicken and/or Beef Satays for your guests to warm over open flames, fried rice, and eggrolls/spring rolls.
- Make Your Own Taco/Fajita Station - Choice of Chicken, Beef or Mojo Pulled Pork, flour and corn tortillas and assorted toppings to make it uniquely yours.
- S'mores Bar - A fun interactive station for "kids" of all ages! Melt your marshmallow over an open flame and sandwich it with chocolate between your graham crackers. Pairs really well around the holidays with our Hot Cocoa Station!
