Bar Pricing and Packages
- General Information
- Bar packages and bartending services are available for events catered by G3 Catering
- Off-Premise Bar Services and Packages are based on a 50 guest minimum and a minimum 2-hour bar service.
- One Bartender per 75 guests is required for a minimum of 4 hours to include set up and breakdown.
- One bar-back is required for events using glassware per 75 guests.
- All Bar Packages are subject to 6.5% State Sales Tax and 15% Service Charge.
- G3 Catering is fully licensed and insured. We carry $2 million in general and liquor liability insurance

Non-Alcoholic Package - $10.00/person for up to 5 hours or $6.00 for up to 3 hours. Includes: Ice, Canned Soft Drinks, Unsweet Tea and Lemonade in Dispensers and disposable cups. Self service station.
Mixers Package $15.00pp: (50 guest minimum) Client provides all alcoholic items (beer, wine and liquor) and G3 provides all non alcoholic bar essentials - mixers, juice, sodas, disposable cups, fresh cut fruit. G3 Catering’s $2m Liquor Liability Insurance Coverage is not included. Bartender not included.
G3's Hosted Domestic Beer & California Wine Package
(50 guest minimum) California wines include Pinot Noir, Cabernet, Pinot Grigio and Chardonnay. Beers include: Corona, Stella Artois, Michelob Ultra
Hard Seltzers
Package includes soft drinks, bottled water, ice, disposable cups and beverage napkins. Bartenders billed separately.

Bartending Services
If you are providing your own alcohol, mixers, garnish, cups/glasses, and ice, we can provide bartenders to tend to your guests at $40/hour/bartender, minimum 4 hours. Only available for events catered by G3 Catering.
