Bar Pricing and Packages
- General Information
- Bar packages and bartending services are only available for events catered by G3 Catering
- Pricing is based on one central bar location. Additional bar set ups are subject to additional charges. We DO NOT move bars during an event.
- Shots are not permitted.
- No other source of alcohol is permitted
- Bar packages DO NOT include beverage table service
- All Bar Packages are subject to 6.5% State Sales Tax and 18% Service Charge.
- G3 Catering is fully licensed and insured. We carry $2 million in general and liquor liability insurance

- Bartender Staffing & Labor:
- Bartenders are billed separately for all bar services, whether utilizing an hourly bar or a bar package.
- Bartender labor includes two (2) hours prior to the scheduled bar service for unloading and setup, and one (1) hour following service for breakdown, cleanup, and loading.
- These labor hours are in addition to the contracted bar service time.

G3 Premium Bar Experience

G3 Signature Bar Experience
$32.00/person (up to 5 hours of bar service) or
$9/person/hour (min 2 hours of bar service)
The client selects the following items from the Premium Bar Experience:2 mixers
Coke, Diet Coke, water and cups are included
1 white wine, 1 red wine, 2 beers, one seltzer, 2 liquors,
Ice and Bartenders billed separately.
G3 Beer & California Wine Experience
$26/person (up to 5 hours of bar service) or
$7/person/hour (min 2 hours of bar service)
California wines include Pinot Noir, Cabernet, Pinot Grigio and Chardonnay. Beers include Corona, Stella Artois, Michelob Ultra and one hard seltzer
Package includes soft drinks, bottled water, ice, disposable cups and beverage napkins
Ice and Bartenders billed separately.
Non-Alcoholic Package
$10.00/person (up to 5 hours of service) or
$3/person/hour (minimum 2 hours of service)
Includes: Canned Soft Drinks, Unsweet Tea and Lemonade in Dispensers, and disposable cups.
Ice and beverage server billed separately.
Mixer’s Package
$14.00/person (up to 5 hours) or
$4/person/hour
Client provides all alcoholic items (beer, wine and liquor) and G3 provides all non-alcoholic bar essentials - mixers, juice, sodas, disposable cups, fresh cut fruit.
G3 Catering’s $2m Liquor Liability Insurance Coverage is not included.
Ice and Bartenders billed separately.
Cash Bar:
Under 50 guests $8.00/person or
Over 50 guests $5/person
Premium Bar Set up that includes all Premium Liquor as listed above.
Ice & Bartenders billed separately.
ICE Delivery - All alcoholic bar packages for events exceeding 75 guests require an ice delivery for an additional $400.
Events under 75 guests can purchase xl coolers of ice for $60 each.
SPECIALTY ITEMS
Champagne Toast $8.00pp Includes set up and breakdown, service and glassware
Signature Drinks – requiring ingredients not included in our packages can be added to any alcoholic bar package for an additional $5/person.
